Echt Squisito is born from an idea of Elia and Barbara, brother and sister of apulian origins, that nurture a passion for the restaurant industry that was passed on by their father Antonio.
They open their first restaurant in Otranto in Puglia in 2010 encountering great success.
So they decide to give life to a fantastic project in the Netherlands; therefor they gathered chef Stefano Bellini and Ricardo Amaro (who had previously worked together) to manage the place.
And it worked!!
